What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit and debit cards through our secure online terminal: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
We also accept wire transfer by purchasing 'offline' however your order may not be shipped until cleared funds have been received. Please contact us if you would like to purchase from us via wire transfer.
I would like a credit account, how do I do this?

How do I get my receipt?
A confirmation of order will automatically be sent to you via email and an invoice will be sent within 24 hours of your order being processed. If you have not received either then please contact us now.
How do I check the progress of my order?
We aim to dispatch on the same day that you place your order unless you have been notified otherwise. Please contact us now if you would like to check the status of your order.
When I send an RFQ how long will it take for me to get a response?
We aim to answer all RFQ’s within 2 hours but typically a member of our team will be in touch much sooner!
I need to return an item, how do I do this?
Returning an item to us is a simple process - please see our returns section.
What is the difference between your conditions 'New', 'Open Retail and ' Retail Sealed'?
Retail Sealed items are in the manufacturer’s original, unopened retail packaging.
Open Retail items are in the manufacturer’s original retail packaging – but the factory seals may have been broken. The entire original box contents are present and the product inside is new/ “un-used”.
New items are new/ “un-used” - but not in the manufacturer’s original retail packaging.

What time is your cut-off for next day delivery (if applicable)?
Our cut-off for next day delivery (where applicable) is 3:30pm. If you have missed our cut-off time and your order is urgent, please contact us on +44 (0) 1423 789120 and we will do our best to expedite your shipment.
Can you blind ship my order to another address?
Yes, we can blind ship - just let us know the details and we'll arrange it for you.
